DESCRIPTION:The ECPL provides the children of the ECPL free snack lunches after school from Monday through Thursday at 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We also provide to-go lunch “backpacks” on Saturdays\, which can be picked up in the ECPL Children’s Department.
